using charm bot
By creating an account or using Charm Bot, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into an agreement and provide accurate account information.

private beta
Charm Bot is currently a private beta. Features may change, messaging availability may be limited, and access may be paused while we test reliability, safety, or customer-specific number setup.

your account and content
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the prompts, replies, polls, contact data, and other content you configure or collect. You keep ownership of your content and give us permission to process it only as needed to provide and protect the service.

acceptable messaging
You may not use Charm Bot for spam, harassment, fraud, impersonation, unlawful content, prohibited products, or messaging that violates consent, opt-out, carrier, platform, or provider rules. We may suspend activity that creates risk for people or the service.

subscriptions
Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Prices, included usage, refund rules, taxes, and cancellation timing should be shown at checkout.

service availability
We work to keep Charm Bot available, but messaging delivery and third-party services can be delayed, interrupted, or changed. The beta service is provided as available and without a promise that every message will be delivered.

liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, Charm Bot is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
