We collect account details you provide when signing in, configuration details for your bot, billing and subscription references, and messages or poll responses handled through your bot.

We may also receive basic technical information such as timestamps, request status, and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.

how we use information

We use this information to authenticate accounts, operate conversation flows, display response history, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve Charm Bot.

service providers

Charm Bot currently relies on Auth0 for authentication, Cloudflare for hosting and data storage, Stripe for subscription billing, and Blooio for iMessage infrastructure. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.

message data

Bot owners are responsible for having an appropriate reason and any required consent to collect and use message data. Do not use Charm Bot for spam, deceptive messaging, or unlawful surveillance.

retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. No online service can promise absolute security, but we use reasonable safeguards designed for the information we handle.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information where applicable.
